Abacus was the first in the country to design Assessment Centres that were deployed for large groups in the form of FASTRAX Programs that were run for shared services. We have since then followed the Five Step Development Model that not only assesses people but also provides learning inputs basis gaps identified. Our SMART & TRACE Tools help in continuous tracking of participants on their learning journey in the later stages of this cycle.
